I'm Ken, a instructional designer and video ad creator based in Toronto. I want to share my works on this website and hear your feedback.

I've delved into online learning industry for more than 4 years. I’ve created LMS courses on different topics, including high school math, multimedia software tutorial, emloyee soft skill trainng, company culture, etc.

I have received positive comment from my colleagues, especially in terms of interactivity of courses workshop design, and gamification in the courses.

Advertisement creation course: Best methods to write your advertisement script

To solve the problem that some staff are not able to apply advertisement theories into work, this course uses a interactive and motivating way to train their knowledge in advertisement theories. After taking the course, learners will have a clear thinking of how to apply advertisement theories in practice and have more inspiration in advertisement creation.

The course adopted Bloomberg’s Taxonomy, student centered learning, constructivism theory and gamification theory.

The course used LMS including Articulate 360, Padlet, Miro, Canva.

Advertisement for XPeng (electric car).

EV drivers are often anxious about their cars’ range. However, in this video, I will tell you that XPeng drivers only needed to enjoy the poem and horizon.

Advertisement for Tmall (online shopping platform).

In Tmall’s Spring Festival promotion, each one of you will feel doted. The inspiration came from my shar pei. He will explain what is “dote” for you.

I adopted a romantic plot from a TV series which was popular in 2023. It explains that Vitality Forest will bring energy and vitality to young people.

When I create online courses, I am sharing my inspiration with learners. I enjoy illumining others and helping them progress in career. My work gives me achievement because I am pushing every one to a higher place. With my teaching, they will see further, have more deep ideas and be a master of their job.
